*Orders*
- This will apply to all orders. E-mail us the items you want on the order form (stock number and quantity). The order will be pulled, packed and weighed. You will then receive an invoice through Paypal. If the item or items are not satisfied within 15 days of the invoice being sent, the order will be returned to stock and the invoice will be considered null and void. Call or e-mail for other order options.

Domestic Shipping Policy
- All domestic US shipments are sent Fed-Ex Ground unless you specify otherwise. Average time 3-7 days. If you wish anything other than Fed-Ex Ground. Please advise on the order form.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, we will use the best and most secure method.
- No shipments will be sent out until completely satisfied through PayPal, including shipping.
- All shipments are sent out in a timely manner, But we will not be held responsible for shipping delays once the shipment leaves our facility.
- All shipments leaving out facility will be issued a tracking number that will be supplied to you.
International Shipping Policy
- All international shipments will be sent Fed-Ex Express or USPS Express.
- E-mail us with the items you are looking for. Shipping costs are determined after the invoice has been packaged and weighed. We will then send an invoice via E-mail for the product and shipping. Once the invoice has been satisfied through PayPal or Western Union , The package will be sent.
- This will be the standard policy on international shipments due to the ever changing costs.
- All shipments are sent out in a timely manner, But we will not be held responsible for shipping delays once the shipment leaves our facility.
- All shipments leaving out facility will be issued a tracking number that will be supplied to you.
In stock Items and Back orders
- All in stock items will be shipped out in a timely manner. Back orders or out of stock items, at our discretion, we will ship the entire order out in one shipment to avoid excess shipping costs.
Return Policy
- We will gladly accept your return of the product and issue a refund, excluding shipping if the following three conditions are met.
- The product has never been mounted on an engine or flown.
- The product is returned in a resalable or like new condition with no damage and in the original packaging. We will not be responsible for return shipping.
- The product is found at my discretion to be defective.
If the product is not returned as mentioned above, it will be subject up to a 15% restocking fee.

It is our desire to keep you as a customer, and we will do our very best to make sure that you are satisfied with the product. We are a small two person operation, who also hold full time jobs outside of Solo. At times a particular item may not be available when you need it. Each Prop is made on a custom carving machine and then hand finished and balanced.
As the sport of model aircraft become more and more complex, we must strive to be safe. A full size pilot going out to the aircraft does not just fuel it and go. He or she conducts a preflight of that aircraft. It is becoming imperative that we as model pilots also conduct some sort of preflight. And not fly if something is found. Gone are the days of “It will be ok, I've flown it like before” attitude.
