As you know Solo Props closed its the doors in 2008. In late January/February 2009 I entered into contract talks with Carl Peter who was the owner. After many e-mails and phone calls later a contract was settled. March and April 2009 the business was packed up and moved to its new home in Florida. Carl Peter set the bar pretty high.

Its our goal to continue supplying the modeling community with high grade components in the form of propellers and hubs. The hubs will continue to be made by the same suppler thus insuring quality control. The blades will be manufactured using the same machines that Mr. Peter used. Our plan is to continue making as many blade profiles as possible and as fast as possible to insure that stock is available when ordered. I will not compromise quality for quantity.

I have been an avid modeler for about 30 years with the last 8 strictly in giant scale. Both my wife and I hold professional careers outside of Solo. We have taken on this endeavor to ensure that the Solo line continues.
