Hub Components:
Construction:
- Machined from aircraft grade aluminum and brass bar stock on CNC lathe and machining centers. Will accommodate any Solo G.A.P. propeller blades.

Blade Retention:
- Maximum fine to maximum coarse settings = 28 degrees by rotating a calibrated dial.
integral aluminum retaining ring (internal). Two 6 - 32 x 3/8" S.S. Cap screws per blade (external).
Prop Mount:
- Single extension nut: 3/4" (19 mm) head with 13mm shank, internal thread to match engine crankshaft thread OR adapter for mult-bolt pattern mounting system.
Extension Stud to replace single bolt propeller mounting system.
Torque Requirement:
- 2 Blade Prop - 10 ft/Ibs
- 3 Blade prop - 12 ft/Ibs
- 4 Blade prop - 13 ft/Ibs

Construction:
- Blade section - machined on an electronically controlled carving machine and then hand finished.
- Root section - turned on a precision modified wood lathe
- Clear coat - High grade polyurethane
- Actuator Pin - press fit laminated into root end for pitch adjustment
- Prop blades - will fit any Solo G.A.P. propeller hub.

- Propeller blades are machined from clear premium grade eastern maple (sugar maple or rock maple) kiln and air dried to specifications.

- Root: +/- .002" all dimensions
- Balance: +/- .05g at the tips
- Tracking: +/- .09" tip to tip
- Angle: +/- 1/4° blade to blade
Weight:
- weight (per blade): 16" = 43 grams ( 1.5 oz.) (for longer blades add 7 grams or 0.25 oz. per inch)
